Privacy policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the freematch.mobi website operated by FreeMatch Studio and to games and mobile apps that link to this policy, including Paw Escape and Paws of Fortune. Features vary by app, version, and region; the descriptions below apply only to features actually enabled in the service you use. Please also read any service-specific privacy notice. 2. Local progress and preferences

The games named above currently do not require account registration. Progress, stars, items, unlocked content, language, and audio preferences, where applicable, may be stored on your device to restore progress and settings; not every game contains all of these items. Local saves do not by themselves mean that data is uploaded to our servers, although some games separately transmit gameplay events described below. Deleting an app normally removes its local data; operating-system backups, device transfers, or backup restoration may retain or restore copies.

3. Advertising data

Apps with advertising use Google AdMob for rewarded videos, interstitials, or other enabled ad formats. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app identifiers, device model, operating system, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information, and performance data for ad delivery, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. On iOS, access to IDFA and tracking across apps or websites as defined by Apple require applicable ATT permission first. Declining ATT does not authorise tracking or stop all data processing; available ads depend on your region, other consent choices, and SDK settings.

4. Gameplay analytics and diagnostics

Some games, such as versions of Paws of Fortune with these services enabled, use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. When enabled, these services may process app-instance or installation identifiers, device and app versions, events such as level starts, completions and exits, scores, item or ad interactions, crash stack traces, diagnostic logs, and performance information to understand gameplay, fix errors, and improve stability. This does not mean every game enables Firebase. The current version of Paw Escape does not integrate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

5. Website, content delivery, and support

The website and some game content, such as pet videos, are delivered using Amazon Web Services storage and content delivery services. Requests transmit IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser or device information to providers; where access or security logs are enabled, this information may be used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network request information needed to deliver them. We currently do not add advertising tracking or non-essential analytics cookies to the website. If you email us, we process your email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Purposes and legal bases

We process relevant data to provide games and the website, save preferences, deliver content, respond to support requests, maintain security, analyse enabled features, deliver and measure advertising, and meet legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely, as appropriate, on processing necessary to provide the service, legal obligations, balanced legitimate interests such as security and troubleshooting, or your consent. Reading this policy or continuing to use a service does not constitute consent to advertising identifiers, tracking, or other processing that requires consent.

7. Recipients of information

For the purposes above, information may be provided to enabled Google advertising, consent management, analytics, and diagnostics services and to hosting, content delivery, and email providers. We require processors to protect data under applicable contracts and data protection obligations; services such as Google also process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We may disclose data to authorities as legally required or process it as necessary to protect users and service security. Transfers in a merger or asset transaction are subject to applicable law and notice requirements. Selling player data is not our business; some advertising-related data use may constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain regional laws, with applicable choices and objection rights described below.

8. Advertising consent and privacy choices

In regions and versions where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents advertising consent messages, records choices, and determines whether ads may be requested. Where applicable, use the in-app Privacy options or consent-management entry to revisit choices and withdraw consent; if you cannot find it, contact support@freematch.mobi. On iOS, manage tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use available system advertising privacy settings to manage identifiers and choices; paths vary by version. Declining tracking does not prevent use of core puzzle gameplay. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

9. Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences normally remain until you clear data or delete the app, subject to system backups. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve requests, necessary follow-up, disputes, or legal obligations. Website and content delivery logs are retained according to enabled storage settings and security needs. Retention of Google advertising, analytics, and diagnostic data depends on the product, configuration, and applicable terms; see the linked explanations below. We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed. Uninstalling an app does not automatically delete data already received by third parties; you can request deletion as described below.

10. Your data rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or port data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Email support@freematch.mobi with the game name, platform, and request. We verify identity only as necessary and do not require you to create an account to submit a request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any inability to act or available appeal route. We may be unable to remotely identify or access data held only on your device. You may also complain to your local data protection authority and will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.

11. International transfers and security

We and our providers may process data outside your location, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate transfer arrangements, such as standard contractual clauses, and manage transfers under provider data processing terms. We use access controls, transmission protections, and other reasonable measures proportionate to data risks; no network or storage method guarantees absolute security.

12. Children's privacy

Services currently linking to this policy are for a general audience and are not specifically designed for children under 13; some regions require a higher age for consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental authorisation where legally required. If you believe a child has improperly provided data, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or protective measures. Store age ratings and the age of consent for data processing are different.

13. External links and policy changes

The App Store, Google Play, advertising destinations, and other external sites are operated by their respective providers and have their own privacy policies. We display the revision date on this page. For material changes to purposes or practices, we provide appropriate notice as required by law and obtain fresh consent where needed.
