This Privacy Policy explains how FreeMatch Studio ("we", "us"), an independent game development studio, collects, uses, and protects information through the freematch.mobi website and our mobile apps (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Information we collect
To provide game services, progress sync, leaderboards, support, and advertising-related features, we may collect: device identifiers (such as IDFA, GAID, Android ID), device model and OS version, gameplay progress and scores, crash logs and performance data, approximate location (derived from IP), and contact details you voluntarily provide (e.g. support emails). We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use information
Collected information is used to operate and improve our games, display leaderboards, provide customer support, prevent fraud and analyse security, deliver and measure advertising, and comply with legal obligations. We process data only as necessary for these purposes.
3. Third-party services
Our apps may integrate third-party SDKs, including advertising (e.g. Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network), analytics, and crash reporting (e.g. Firebase, Adjust). These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (e.g. iOS "Allow Apps to Request to Track", Android advertising ID reset).
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers who assist in operating the Services (under contractual obligations), when required by law or to protect rights, or in connection with a business reorganisation as required by law.
5. Storage, retention, and security
Data is stored on your device and on servers controlled by us or our service providers. We retain data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described or as required by law. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You may limit ad tracking in device settings at any time, or email support@freematch.mobi to submit privacy-related requests. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revision date on this page. For material changes, we may notify you through in-app notices or other appropriate means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
